Connect the green filter wire to the silver coax, put tape as well. Do the same thing on the other side. Connect the female phone jack end to your TV set and the male end to your wall outlet. Now you have your own improvised cable descrambler. You can now enjoy watching lots of cable (movie, sports and specialty) channels and even pay per view channels.
